hi! I'm Adanna
I am a Pop/R&B indie recording artist, vocal & songwriting coach, vocal producer, songwriter, and music producer. I secured a spot on Team Adam Levine on Season 3 of "The Voice" in 2012 at the age of 15. I later landed a spot in the Top 10 on Season 14 of "American Idol" in 2015.
I have been a go-to vocal coach for the modern voice since 2013. I've taught countless people how to expand their vocal range with comfort. I specialize in the pop and r&b vocal styles. I absolutely adore life & where it is headed!
My music has been featured in Buzzfeed, LA Weekly, Earmilk, The Fader, Shön Magazine, AXS, BBC 1, RnBass & more. Fairly recently, I wrote & sang the song for Paul Mitchell’s 40th anniversary “Decades of Hair” campaign on Tik Tok. The campaign accumulated over 3 billion views in just a few days. Life is so full of surprises (:
Testimonials
“Adanna is such an amazing teacher! She was able to pinpoint my weaknesses and came up with the right exercises that worked best for me. Her instructions and exercises were spot on, and overall she is just a kind and funny soul. I was able to breathe much better even after the first lesson!!!!!! Her talent for teaching is truly remarkable for anyone trying to find their singing voice.”

"Honestly, I am amazed by my ability that I never knew I had. She is so encouraging and genuinely a positive, caring person. She's a true teacher, generous with her knowledge, and great with teaching something that seems intuitive but so complex. I never thought I'd intellectually understand the mechanics of the voice, AND internalize it, since learning a feeling is hard to teach."
